Returns & Exchanges
At My Beautiful Valley, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- Free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are eligible for store credit only.
Pre-Orders
Many of our handcrafted pieces are made in limited quantities or created specifically upon request.
All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been confirmed.
If your pre-order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item, as appropriate.
Because each pre-order item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and artistic details are part of the unique character of every piece and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@mybeautifulvalley.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as My Beautiful Valley is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, it will be processed within three business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- Store credit will be issued within five business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
