Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase in My Beautiful Valley, but if for some reason it doesn't work, our policy of changes and returns is simple. We will be happy to issue a refund or change any item within 30 days after the date of your order, provided that the item has not been used and the labels are still attached.
Items purchased with% discount are returnable only for online credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
We cannot pay the return shipping from your location on any garment.
You will be notified by email to the address in your account when this transaction was made. Online credits will be issued within five business days after processing your return. Refunds will be issued within two weeks after processing your return and will be sent to the original payment method.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once you have received the information from My Beautiful Valley.
